My calabash are currently on sale on this site. Every calabash is thoughtfully hand-painted and treated as a unique work of art. Because of the handcrafted quality of my pieces, I encourage all customers to review their selections carefully before placing an order. Handcrafted Nature of Our Products
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of hand-painted calabash art, slight variations in colour and surface details are completely normal. These characteristics are part of what make each calabash special, authentic and impossible to replicate. For this reason, returns based solely on personal preference, change of mind or differences from online photos will not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. I encourage customers to read product details thoroughly and reach out with questions before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your calabash arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in any way during shipping, please notify me immediately. I kindly ask that you contact me within 48 hours of delivery so that I can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Please send your order number, a brief description of the damage and clear photos of the affected areas to our support email. This allows me to assess the situation, file any necessary claims with the shipping carrier and arrange a resolved outcome for you.
Upon reviewing the details, I will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. If a replacement is requested and the original design is no longer in stock, I will work with you to find a similar piece or provide a full refund instead.

I offer a 14-day full money-back guarantee for any items that arrive damaged or materially different from what was described on my website. Once your return request is approved, you may be asked to return the item in its original packaging or in secure, protective packaging. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, I will process your refund to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Damaged Returns
Because each calabash is hand-painted and uniquely created, I do not accept returns for non-damaged items. This policy helps me maintain the integrity of my handmade art process, ensure fairness to all customers and preserve the authenticity of each piece.
Return Shipping
If an item arrives damaged or defective, I cover all return shipping costs. For any other return approved under exceptional circumstances, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
